Project Overview

Enterprise customers needed a faster, more direct way to view, analyze, and act on their own team-level data — access that had previously required leaning on internal teams for reporting. I conceived, built, and launched a new Business Analytics product to close that gap: a centralized, self-service analytics portal, taken from concept to a wholly owned initiative I built and shipped without a traditional engineering team.

Project Scope

Product Strategy — Identified the enterprise need for direct, self-service access to team-level data and defined the product concept, scope, and capabilities from scratch, owning the initiative end to end.

Product Build — Designed and built the product as a low-code initiative, connecting customer data, analytics, and CRM workflows without a traditional engineering build — architecture I owned personally, from prototype through launch.

Integrations & Data Infrastructure — Integrated Zoho Analytics for data tracking and reporting and connected Zoho CRM to manage user data and interactions, with Zapier automating the workflows that tie the product together.

Enterprise Go-to-Market — Positioned and launched the product to the enterprise customer base, pairing AI-assisted content (via OpenAI models) with a dedicated site presence to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption across accounts with a wide range of technical sophistication.

Adoption & Enablement — Built the navigation, onboarding flow, and product messaging to make the full range of capabilities discoverable and usable from first login, regardless of a customer’s technical background.

Outcomes

  • Drove 85% activation across enterprise customers, establishing the analytics product as a highly adopted extension of the platform.
  • Key enterprise customers provided overwhelmingly positive feedback, particularly around their newfound ability to more easily view, access, analyze, and manipulate team-level data through a centralized and robust analytics portal.
  • Demonstrated the ability to rapidly translate an enterprise customer and business need into a scalable product: I conceived, designed, built, and implemented the solution from the ground up as a wholly owned initiative, using a low-code technology stack to connect customer data, analytics, CRM workflows, and automation without requiring a traditional engineering build.
  • The result was a more accessible and actionable data experience for enterprise customers, giving teams greater visibility into performance while creating a scalable analytics capability that could be deployed and marketed across the customer base.
